81. Taxi service (PC and maybe even NPC) - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Some ideas on how to handle a passenger's pod if the taxi is blown up. * If the passnger is logged on they can manually fly it. * If the passenger is not logged on, the pod remains in space, if left unmolested it logs off at the end of a timeout...

82. Taxi service (PC and maybe even NPC) - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Well sure. That's a possibility as well, but I don't think it's nearly as fun (as a new mechanic) to just make it part of the existing contract system. To me it's not just about ability to have one's character moved between systems, but also the ...

84. Taxi service (PC and maybe even NPC) - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
It would be great if people could get a taxi service to move their toons from one system to another without having to actively do it themselves. For this, we could have a Player taxi service. A player taxi service might require skills of some kin...

85. A small mining improvement - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
This is a great idea! I like it being part of the strip miner itself, rather than requiring a survey scan. Perhaps it could require a survey scanner be installed, or maybe it's simply an upgraded, more expensive, strip miner and no survey scanner...

86. Local pilot listing & your labels - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Like many (presumably) I keep an ample list of players in my People & Places, to which I've applied various labels to indicate who they are or why I've given them a particular standing. Of course not all of these people are those who I can i...

87. EVE player slain in San Bernardino shooting; gofundme for his family - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
o7 It's a modern day tragedy that there are still so many people in the world that can't separate fantasy from reality. Games like EVE give us far better, far more 'real' fantasies to wrap ourselves in periodically, yet in the end we know that's...

Actually, they could probably change the icon for either the star map or the marketplace. I often find myself clicking on the wrong one. Since they have a similar look to them.

89. When you get around to reforming the missioning system... Chronicles - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
For those of us who get into it... It might be nice if there were missions that had tie-ins (or even just tangential connections) to any of the EVE Chronicles and short stories. Where possible of course. And when this is the case, provide some s...

90. Strikethrough in Notepad - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Ha! Well that's good. But yeah, given the complexity and intricacy of EVE, the Notepad is a very useful in game feature. The more functionality it has, the better. I should think strikethrough is simple enough. If the font they use supports it.

There are Ctrl + keys for this and other formatting? Do you happen to know what they are for the benefit of myself and anyone who reads this? Thanks. As Reaver stated, it would be nice if this formatting was more apparent in the notepad.

I don't know about others, but I use the in-game Notepad rather frequently. I often use it to make lists of things. Things I need to do. Things I need to buy. Places I need to go, etc... However there is no way (other than changing color or siz...

94. Improved D-Scan - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Yes I like it. Why not? We aren't required to keep refreshing local to see who's in system. Though I imagine if we were, there would be those opposed to the idea of making that an automatic thing. It would be much nicer if like local we could si...

Who doesn't like dragging and dropping things? It seems this is somewhat of a feature that EVE employs. However it's not available for use on your targets. It would actually be rather convenient if we could say drag a module from our HUD ont...
